Guest Policies

Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 3:00pm. There is no time limit on late arrivals.

We try to accommodate early check-in requests.

All guests are required to vacate their suites no later than 11AM.

We cannot accommodate late departures

Kinnikinnick is a dog friendly establishment. Cats, peacocks, all birds for that matter, creepy crawlies are not invited. Sorry. We are dog people.

Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms. All dogs must be registered at the time of booking. Reservations may be immediately cancelled due to unexpected or unregistered guests.

A waiver will be required for each pet and an additional cleaning fee of $50 per pet will be charged to your account at the time of booking.

Our linens and laundry soap are hypoallergenic.
Our duvets are feather free.
Featherless pillows are available upon request.

We will attempt to accommodate special requests.
A minimum of 7 days is required for all special requests and are not guaranteed until product/services are acquired.
Payment in full is required upon the procurement of any/all special requests

Visitors are welcome to visit but must leave no later than 9PM.
Visitors are not allowed to stay over night. Any violators will be charged for an additional night at the full nightly rate. Reservations may be cancelled immediately for the entire party if non registered guests occupy the suite.

Kinnikinnick is a non smoking establishment and strictly prohibited.
In alignment with Canadian laws, smoking/vaping is restricted to the end of the driveway.
Illegally smoking on property will result in a minimum $350 smoking fine, plus any required costs to cover property damages, additional cleaning and removal of scents.

Owing balances are automatically charged to the credit card on file and invoices are emailed.
